SPOLCENTRUM currently provides 18 large modern apartments ranging from 56 to 109 m2. 15 apartments out of this are two-bedroom (3 out of this have a balcony), whereas 2 large three-bedroom apartments have 2 balconies each. You can find a double-floor apartment with a gallery (its size is of a two-bedroom apartment) on the 1st floor. All apartments are equipped with a kitchen unit, fridge, LCD TV with satellite programs and internet connection. All apartments have a modern bathroom with a bath.

A daily room provides for sufficient space for a dining table with chairs for 4 to 6 persons in each apartment. Larger apartments also have a small separate room which serves for storing stuff.
